Terms of Service

You may use BranchStone for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the platform or interfere with its operation. We ask that you use BranchStone respectfully and responsibly so it remains useful for everyone.

Most BranchStone tools can be used without creating an account. Some future features may optionally require authentication or saved preferences, but core tools are designed to remain as accessible as reasonably possible.

Many BranchStone tools use artificial intelligence to generate responses, summaries, transformations, or other outputs. Although we work hard to make our tools helpful and reliable, AI is not perfect. Results may occasionally:

• contain factual inaccuracies;
• misunderstand instructions;
• omit important information;
• produce unexpected output.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before relying on them for important personal, legal, financial, medical, or business decisions.

You retain ownership of the information, files, text, images, and other content you submit to BranchStone.

By using the platform, you grant Gremlin Labs LLC a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested functionality. We do not claim ownership of your work.

You agree not to:

• use BranchStone for unlawful purposes;
• upload malicious software;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• interfere with platform security;
• abuse automated systems;
• attempt to reverse engineer services where prohibited by law;
• use the platform to violate another person's rights.

BranchStone is provided on an "as available" basis. We continually improve the platform, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Tools may occasionally change, be updated, or be retired as BranchStone evolves.

The BranchStone platform, branding, software, designs, interfaces, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Gremlin Labs LLC. These Terms do not grant ownership of the platform itself.

BranchStone relies on trusted third-party providers for services such as:

• AI processing
• Cloud infrastructure
• Payment processing
• Analytics
• Error monitoring

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gremlin Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of BranchStone. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.

As BranchStone grows, we may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice. Continued use of BranchStone after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
