You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BranchStone does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

BranchStone's AI-powered tools are intended to help people work more efficiently. They may not be used to:

• Generate unlawful content.
• Facilitate fraud or deception.
• Create malicious software.
• Violate another person's rights.
• Circumvent applicable laws or regulations.

Reasonable automated use through approved integrations or documented APIs may be permitted where available.

Unauthorized scraping, excessive automated requests, or activity that negatively impacts platform performance is prohibited.

If we reasonably believe these guidelines have been violated, Gremlin Labs LLC may investigate the matter and take appropriate action. This may include:

• Limiting access to specific tools.
• Temporarily restricting use.
• Permanently blocking abusive users.
• Cooperating with lawful investigations when required.
